What is interesting is that a screen shot from that webcam later show the flag at full staff.

I am willing to accept what another poster in this thread says about the half-masty screen shot being taken from the beginning of the march this morning, with a crowd of approximately 20,000 people.

There's another picture (of a huge crowd on the Mall) that's been traced back to a Promise Keeper's rally, but the traffic cam picture with the flag at half mast is probably a real photo. Not sure why anyone cares whether it's real or not, because it's clearly not showing that many people. Big crowd as they pass the camera, but from estimates there were perhaps 50,000+ people there today.
