PETA Questions Aerosmith Guitarist’s Manhood
PETA Questions Aerosmith Guitarist’s Manhood

Washington, DC - -(AmmoLand.com)- PETA’s senior vice-president took aim squarely at Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry after he voiced his support for hunting in an interview with an outdoors magazine.

Perry recently told Outdoor Life magazine that he loves hunting, especially in the woods near his New Hampshire holiday home. Perry clearly stated the hunter’s conservation ethic in the interview by commenting that,

“Hunters are conservationists and their heads are in the right place. … (Hunting) really gives you a great opportunity to keep in touch with reality.”

However, those comments apparently incensed PETA’s senior vice president, Lisa Lange who issued a name-calling verbal barrage against the rock star.

“People who take out their aggressions and frustrations on helpless animals are usually compensating for other shortcomings in their life,” said Lange. “We don’t know how Joe measures up, but it’s interesting that he seems to feel so satisfied when he’s handling long phallic-looking weapons.”

4. Ummm..okay
What have you done...on large scale for animals?

I don't agree with all of PETA'S projects but they DO indeed help animals.

11. I second that.
I live near the town of Fishkill. PETA said the name was violent and wanted it changed to Fishing Hurts.

If they were a human civil rights group, they'd insist that the name of Swarte Kill, also near me, was racially insensitive.

16. PETA is right
They should declare war on every Dutch speaking nation that dares to use the word Kill instead of river :sarcasm: They might want to add Schuylkill, Fresh Kills, Kill Van Kull, Arthur Kill, and Dutch Kills all right in the Northeast to their hit list. Although, I will concede that maybe Delaware should reconsider naming their Murderkill River.

2. PETA knows that their campaign to grant civil rights on par with those of humans'
to the animals of our planet has been a dismal, deserved failure. So they stoop to personal insults.

Way to go, PETA.

I know the veterinary industry benefits from animal cruelty. I used to live around CAFOS, and knew vets who worked for them. So, I understand your bitterness.

5. I'm an old man with one good eye
I 'm far beyond being concerned over how big my johnson is or isn't.

I enjoy hunting because it's good exercise and keeps me active and because game birds are delicious eating.

8. Just how much does PETA contribute to wildlife conservation projects?
Anybody have any numbers on that? Does it even come close to what hunters and fishermen pay in license fees? Or what organizations like DU (that's Ducks Unlimited), Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Wilderness Society, Federation of Fly Fishermen contribute to real conservation projects?

Fuck PETA. They do more harm than good.

13. Joe Perry is actually a pretty nice guy,
I'm sure this lame attempt by PETA to belittle him will only make him laugh.

If that's the best that they can do, they should quit while they are behind.

14. People who psychologize others are just small, insignificant, self-loathing fuckbags.
Or at least, they would be, if that didn't mean that I was psychologizing someone.

Still, who fucking cares what PETA says about anything, at any time, anywhere. I sure as hell don't.

PETA - the Free Republic of the animal rights movement.

on one hand, hunters think about their meat more than those who just buy it at the store, I imagine a hunter would be less likely to waste meat than a non-hunter, on the other hand, Aerosmith is a horrible horrible band.

36. i was mostly into punk and stuff like that in high school
and the drummer in my band was totally into aerosmith. i would always blow him off and not really listen.

in the years since, i have come to have a lot of apprecation for their music.

i will also say that "dream on" is one of the greatest rock classics EVER

33. So in other words, he's right and she knows it and can't stand it.
So she goes the 'small penis' route that many here do when faced with facts they can't refute with sound bites and catchy phrases.
