My open letter to America

The following is what I have sent out in email to all my family and friends. I would like to invite anyone who agrees to please copy and/ or link to this and pass this on.
It is past time to educate these ignorant enough to protest Socialism. It is obvious they have no clue.

Here is the letter.


To whom this may concern,

I don't know about the rest of America but I am sick to death of the fighting and the racial hatred and the stupidity going around and particularly the crap coming from the far right now.
You know who I mean.
The same pack of idiots that didn't say a word while Bush was destroying our economy, lying us into wars and shredding the constitution.
I am deeply saddened by those people who are running around screaming about "socialism", and who obviously have no frickin clue as to what it really means.
I am appalled at the number of Americans that are willing to destroy this nation simply because of the race of our leader. I am ashamed of the number of Americans that are outright making up terrible lies about Obama and calling for murder, torture and treason.
We have laws against treason and sedition , why are they not being enforced?
I have also noticed that a lot of these same people that are joining in these protests are often the elderly and I feel they have been victimized by lies and the scare tactics of the far right.
Please help to set them straight.
I am presuming the majority of these same noisy and mouthy protesters are using medicare or social security.
What does this mean?
Well medicare and social security are both SOCIALIST PROGRAMS!
I see them also standing on sidewalks...built with taxpayers money...in a SOCIALIST PROGRAM!
I know they got there by riding down streets...paved by SOCIALIST PROGRAMS!
I know they support the fire department..but wait..!!!
The fire departments in America are ALL SOCIALIST PROGRAMS!
I bet they went to public schools...which are SOCIALIST PROGRAMS!
I see the police at their events..and anyone with half a brain needs to realize that the police department in America is run on a SOCIALIST PROGRAM!
When people in other nations can get great health care on single payer...and NO ONE pays a fortune out...why cant we Americans get that same great deal?
These same ignorant people that are protesting the overhaul of the medical system...are on a SOCIALIST PROGRAM and never let out a peep when billions and trillions are wasted on wars to kill brown skinned people and steal their oil but they are screaming and raging mad about possibly helping their fellow Americans see the Dr's.
When I see idiots screaming for the "government to get their hand's off my medicare" it makes me cringe!
Medicare IS a government run SOCIALIST PROGRAM! (Yes I know I am repeating myself on the medicare but obviously it needs repeating so the brain dead will finally get it.)
Somehow they feel that medicare is ok for them and congress but the rest of us can just go lay down and die.
Stopping these endless wars based on lies would pay for our medical needs.
It is just insane what these idiots are doing and these people need to go back to school.
Every single one of you people bitching about government run health care and socialist programs need to burn your medicare and social security cards RIGHT NOW!
Get your stupid asses off our socialist sidewalks and streets and don't you DARE call the SOCIALIST PROGRAM that is our POLICE DEPARTMENTS AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS if your house burns down or you are mugged.
While your at it...keep the hell out of our public parks because guess what? Yup, they are also Socialist programs that run those parks.
Get your children into a private school now because they are now enrolled in a SOCIALIST PROGRAM if they attend public schools!
Remember...YOU don't want socialism.
YOU are free to give it up...but keep your ignorant hands OFF America's Socialist programs and your stupid traps SHUT!!!! UNLESS YOU GIVE UP ALL SOCIALIST PROGRAMS RIGHT FRICKIN NOW!
And for all of us on the middle or left or that love America...it's time to march. Hell it is past time to march.
Get up off the couch and paint a sign. Walk to your nearest government office and protest!
Blogging here in a left wing site won't change anything. I know this. I am only bitching to the choir. Just writing this letter or copying it and sending it out won't do a whole lot either. Writing our congresspersons hasn't done much either....but it's a start.
At least perhaps a few right wingers will read this and realize their error..perhaps...maybe..well I can hope anyways.
Please join me and millions of other Americans and let's work together to help us all save this nation NOW.
STOP the foreclosures and help the American families that are already on the streets.
STOP the outsourcing and create some jobs! There is NO recovery without jobs!
STAND UP for single payer!
We must make a noise. We must act up and do something to make our leaders listen. The time has come. Hell its past due.
