Why are republicans serving in government?
They obviously don't approve of anything the government does except pay for wars.

They all should resign from their seats in protest if they really disagree with a federal government.

City Council, County government, State Office, Congress all of them should step down as they don't believe in the "socialism" government provides.

1. That's what I always say. If they hate government so much, why do they run for office?

4. Yep!
Excellent point! They consistently show much disdain for government & Public Service; the very govt. they serve in! It's always been their idiotic authoritarian strategy to gain and keep political power! It's all bullshit!

5. To curry favor of uber rich people who will give them/family cushy jobs
nothing more than that really. The ideology they spout and spew (while doing things contrary to espoused 'moral standards') is just showmanship. Newt taught them to hum along in a chorus to mesmerize enough of the voters to get in. It's just a means to an end

The end is a comfy financial place for themselves. They don't give a shit about America now or future.

6. They like the health insurance
and once inside they privatize government functions to themselves and hire their families as lobbyists.

7. There is only one reason.
They have to prove that the government doesn't work, by getting elected and screwing everything up.
