First she wasnt EXPELLED from the match, she recieved a one point penalty which (since it was 5-4 for her opponent) gave KIM the match. Second, you are an ass for saying she said she said that and putting it in quotes, there is no tape anywhere of Serena saying that, In fact she denies it right on the court (that you can quote her on). I would suggest as AL Davis told that reporter last night "you shouldnt comment on things that dont concern you" unless you can get it right. You simply cannot say these kinds of things to a referee. Ever. A baseball player cannot even question balls and strikes calls without being ejected. In soccer, that kind of tirade toward a referee will get you a red card.

I empathize with Serena because being called for a foot fault at this stage on a very, very close call is awful and rare.

possibly only on the Williams sisters, but Serena shouldn't have gone off like that on a line judge. Some sports have set rules of decorum, such as tennis and golf, and I can see where a professional tennis association might want to fine her. But I also think they need to look into who was getting called with foot faults.
