A thought about what to do about the right wing ..

Power:Boulding's definition of power: the ability to make people do what they don't want to do.

The tea baggers birthers Ceo's etc. Do not want to have to be good to other people,they they want to pick and choose who they favor and they hate taxes because they can't control to whom the money goes. They do not want to be equal with you or I,they want to be in a social class above us,because they are classist to the core. Nor do they want to help others thrive who are NOT LIKE THEM. They don't want to accept black people ,pagans,atheists, gays or women as fellow human beings with human rights like they have either. This is related to who they ARE. It is in the very make up of their personality.

I observe how much does the right wing already makes the progressives in politics water things down,and tone down on the facts that could help our country. How much do these teabag bullies get to make the rules? It is capitulation to abusive bullies that "blue dog" democrats call "bipartisan" or "compromise". The bullies on the right and in finance know how to use and abuse power,they do it everyday.And we all suffer and offer up our own ethics bending them rightward trying to appease. We do not dare say revolution indeed.The bullies on the right abuse power so well the left continues to capitulate to the right, to consider these assholes even when the left is in a clear majority.WHY??!!

Is it this definition of Pacifism,Those who "abjure" violence can only do so because others are committing violence on their behalf? True?

Pacifist or not,the root of this question is how do you make people do what you want them to do when they refuse to do it? How do you get,ignorant narcissistic,authoritarian,psychopath personalities to stop harming others with their beliefs and pathology?

What do you do with your enemy? When who they ARE is the problem how can you fix it?.How do you get a mass of bigoted, ignorant,greedy,selfish,jealous, bully assholes to stop being what they really ARE? What do you do what they are is what causes all the harm?
When these bullies are dealing with pacifists they win. This is because they have a type of personality that allows them to feel no shame , have no guilt or care about who they hurt to get what they want.

Churchill believes that pacifism casts social conflict as a morality play, with the violent state being evil and the pacifist revolutionaries being good. The "good" cannot use the tools of the "evil" to achieve its goals, and therefore the use of violence is prohibited. The pacifists' superior morality will (it is believed) win in the end.

Psychopaths,authoritarians narcissists and bullies are not changed by liberal morality plays.They see pacifism and compassion as 'soft' as weakness needing to be stomped.The right wing is a personality problem and appeals to human decency will not stop them on their own initiatives..This is because they have no inner mechanism called a conscience that would shame them for what they do.

If liberal appeals to human decency fails to shame the psychopaths,if passive resistance fails to stop the abusers,What else is there left to get these bad people to stop bullying and rigging systems,cheating, lying and abusing power, those things they don't want to stop,doing..what next?

Then if all other creative kinds of appeals fail in making these right wing bullies stop.It than requires threat,that requires the use of power, to either threaten or actually separate ourselves away from them or the use of force.Another just war to end the abuse by ending the abuser.And it is not surprising to me,as this is writ small in individual lives in domestic violence and is writ large on the face of society, this situation is reflected in the ending of some domestic violence cases. When the abused leaves the abuser, or destroys the abuser, if the abused cannot leave or escape the abuse and cannot appease or suffer it anymore..This process is paralleled our society that has abusive elements in it. Escape from unreasonable right wing tyrants could be seen as an attempt to escape an abusive relationship through secession or just war. It is tragic that separation or fighting is the only path left to peace for the abused person(s) and societies that try to tolerate the intolerable.
