2002: This was when BushCo began ramping up the war rhetoric for Iraq. Democrats farted around doing nothing.

2004: Attack of the Swift Boat liars. John Kerry responds by taking his ads off the air.

2005: Cindy Sheehan trip to Crawford

2008: Media obsesses over PUMA's and imaginary "tensions" between Obama and Clinton camps.

I'm missing a few years here. If a fair minded person wants to fill them in, please do so.

1. I remember that 2001 silly season very well.

They had nothing but Gary Condit and the sharks.. It was just so strange that they were covering the shark attacks like it was a phenomenom.. I think the next year or so after it was alligator attacks. They didn't want to cover any real news and Bush was in TX for his month long vacation kissing the saudi royals lips and clearing brush.
