Michael Moore to premiere "Capitalism: A Love Story" in Bellaire, Michigan

2009 - Capitalism: A Love Story
September 19, 2009

Michael Moore, renowned director of the movie SiCKO, has chosen the village of Bellaire, Michigan, to host the US premiere of his new film, Capitalism: A Love Story. The premiere is a fundraiser for the Antrim County’s Democratic Party.

There will be wonderful brunch type food at the first Lulu’s party and delicious lunch type food at the second Lulu’s party.

The Shorts Brewing Co. party will feature 4 of their beers on tap (Your ticket will include one beer or soda. The rest will be cash bar) There will also be hardy appetizers with ice tea and water.

3. BTW I'm from Michigan and the Traverse City area is really great.
I'm glad he's showing the US premiere there.

We're 3 hours away in the Soo and go there to find civilization: restaurants, shopping, etc. :)

4. Antrim Co. Dems are fat and happy
Moore's wife sits on the board and they do fundraising stuff like this. It's really cool how much they help. They've also been of great assistance to the Grand Traverse Dems (county next door).
