Apologise to the Black Family Reunion Event on the Other Half of the Mall
hey, glenn beck, I'm a big fan, but, no, we didn't stretch to the wash monument. be proud of the #'s we had - way to go!! the other 1/2 of the mall was taken up by the black family reunion event - people who used the smithsonian metro station passed this. great event, but WE MUST CHECK ALL FACTS, AND CORRECT WHEN WRONG.
The other smarmies on the board can go to hell...

...My sister and I had one question though. Why a Black Family Reunion event? If that had been a White family reunion it would have been called racist for sure.

The Park Police tried to keep the march of the mall, because we had no permit for the mall, but there was entirely to many of us there to keep us off the mall. We also lost a lot of people right after the march because they wanted to beet the rush home. But for a short while we were line up. And lastly a bunch of buses never got there in time to get off loaded for the march because the system was completely overloaded. So if we count the numbers for the march alone, clearly over 700,000 but the numbers for the speech's were lower due to no one could follow the speakers much further back than the pool. Now rumor had it that ACORN sponsored the black family reunion and pulled their permit after the 9/12 organizers did. I talked with many police and they said hands down the best behaved crowd they have seen in awhile, and also the march was way larger than they anticipated that's why they started it 1 1/2 hours earlier than scheduled. I also heard rumors of the park and rec. dept. est of 1.5 million. But according to the chart I found that would have had to go to the family reunion mall and we didn't get there.
