3. Yeah I heard that on the radio on the way home. Cool. |

Unfortunately the numbers on health care reform are stuck at about 50% in that poll.

The anointed political deity of the right, Ronnie Raygun, only had an average approval rating of 52% and he never once exceeded 68%.

I see obama as very much like clinton--a compromiser and triangulator. That makes for a popular president

8. So the 27% have roped another 13% into their insanity. |

This is what happens when you play nice with evil, racist monsters.
Idiots like the 27% only understand one thing: violence.
Until WE understand that, things are only going to get worse.

11. Remember, He Won With 54% Of The Vote... |
|
This means, he's not only "held serve" with those who've voted for him, but also picked up others. True, it's not as high as it was in the salad days of the Inauguration, but considering all the delegitimization attempts on both the President and his administration, these numbers appear to be strong and showing a failure by those hoping to "Waterloo" him. What isn't shown much these days are the GOOP approvals. They're still cratered in the upper 20s and low 30s...gaining little upside with all the noise they've tried to make.
This administration has had to do some very heavy lifting in its first months...and still has a long list of to dos to get to. The rushpublicans see the change and are doing all they can to "Clinton" this administration. They know if they fail, it's their "Waterloo" as they'll be in the minority for years to come.
