Jon Stewart's opening show after three week break
I think its time for him to dig deeper, I do get a kick out of him showing the hypocrisy of Faux news, and the nutcase teabaggers, but I think he has to go to the next level, and really go after Alies and Murdock and newscorp, and the whole corrupt right, otherwise all those clips he will show, will just become repetitive, and yes I know its just suppose to be a comedy show.

1. Jon seems to go after these he thinks are wrong but he doesn't do it as a democratic hack
he is equal opportunity regardless of party and I prefer that he stays the way instead of becoming a left version of FOX

2. There's only so much journalism he can do.
While I wouldn't mind some deeper analysis from him, the real failure is still on the MSM.

3. The state of the nation is so whacked and dangerous it's hard to laugh at the looming prospects.
It's one thing to laugh at the teabaggers insanity, but as Americans become more desperate and scared the insanity seems to be spreading, and it is really not funny at all.

I had a hard time laughing at last night's shows (Colbert also), laughing at jokes fabricated and delivered by wealthy pundits after their 3 week summer vacation as the country is collapsing and millions of people's lives, health, hopes and dreams are being crushed, stolen and destroyed.

It seems as though the joke's on us. :(

4. That's Olbermann's job (and Maddow's)
Remember, O'Reilly didn't respond to Keith. He went after GE.
