I know that punctuation begat "smileys," but I am a fan of order in communication. Correct punctuation is our friend.

11. They're home anyway.
Their parents are "home schooling" them. A phrase that makes me shudder.

(Yes there are a lot of people who are capable of giving their children a good education when home schooled.)

However, there are people who apparently only read when they are shopping that I worry about.

The exclamation point should come after the close quote, because the quoted phrase is not the entire exclamation, but the title of the day.
