The Faux News commentator actually appears to be sympathetic to Siegelman's cause.
Who'd a thunk it?

Siegelman Appears on Fox News About Scrushy
September 14th, 2009

Former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman appears on Fox News today discussing HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy…

The governor got in a couple of good points saying that Scrushy would be a free man today if he had agreed to testify against Siegelman.

“He could have thrown me under the bus any time he wanted to and walked out of that courtroom a free man. Richard Scrushy is in prison today for something he absolutely did not do.”

3. I don't agree, because of the seriousness of this ongoing scandle that is being silenced.
Campaign inditement-most effective tool to use against ones opponet. Mr. Siegleman's opponet used his relationship with Karl Rove to go after his opponet. In this particular interview I find it interesting that after Mr. Siegleman reports that Mr. Scrushy was offered by the prosecuting attorney to walk free if he lies against Mr. Siegleman the reporter must go. That is to bad, because this is crux of this the whole political prosecution scandle.
