So whens Faux going to actually prove the ACORN conspiracy? |
|
Remember ACORN. They were the NAZI brown shirt unit of the Obama socialist reign organizing to take over America. The organization was planning to take over the census and over count minorities, take over voter registration and force out white voters, take over housing and force out white owners... These people were violent, hate filled and organized to GET YOU.
So imagine everyone surprise when Faux hard hitting journalist ACORN story was about... I don't know what it is about. Did Faux discover some deep seated conspiracy between Obama and ACORN? Nope. Apparently Faux discovered what the Daily show discovered years ago (and Steve Allen or Jack Par probably invented because they invented everything;-))dress Samantha B in a bee costume and have her interview economists and comedy will follow. It's not exactly news that people tend to work hard to accommodate even odd behavior (particularly if it's your job to work with the poor and the homeless). It's basically the basis of every Sacha Cohen skit. The difference being our national news organizations rarely take edited comedy interviews from these shows and turn them into hard hitting expose! Faux news has basically admitted here The Daily Show IS the best news show on TV and their heading in that direction. A great day for journalism.
So what did this "journalist" discover? That people can make fools of themselves when placed in absurd situations? That ACORN is filled with a few workers that don't like paying taxes (wait conservatives are now for taxation?) and sticking it to the man (cause conservatives hate bleeding the beast?). This was the organization that paid someone to register Daffy Duck's as a voter. So what I'm suppose to be shocked that there were people easily fooled in the organization? This was like news last year. Not exactly hard hitting new news.
Faux where's the actual evidence of this giant liberal conspiracy. You know the actual BS you've been blowing for the last 8 months. A real story with a real journalist that actually proves your allegation, not just make up more YAWN fake news? This current news is as embarrassing as the time Stephen Colbert showed Republicans want the 10 commandments on public display because apparently they themselves can't remember them. But it failed to further in anyway the fake ACORN conspiracy crap story Faux has been selling. Yet congress and the public fall for it. Now that's a sad joke.

6. MoveOn has been under attack for years. |
|
But this past election is the first I've ever heard of ACORN. Why are they now in the crosshairs of the reich-wing?

7. because Republicans know they lost the vote |
|
of the people in general ACORN tries to register and get active in politics. Republicans do not want these people registered to vote in elections. So they've created a fear campaign against ACORN and it's basically culminated in a guy in a fly guy suit doing a man on the street routine. Yet WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AFRAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's kinda sad.

This is nothing compared to how angry people got when The Daily Show punked Code Pink with their fake interview. It's not journalism, but I guess for many it's impossible to tell the difference these days.
