6. Hoyer is sure missing the point |
|
It wasn't a spontaneous outburst. It was planned.
How do we know? Consider Wilson's voting history. He did vote to extend care to undocumented workers. He knew Obama wasn't lying.
He just wanted to take the focus off the speech and succeeded admirably.
Hoyer is an idealistic fool if he doesn't realize this.
In fact, I think sappy idealism is probably what's plaguing most of those old boys.
I hope there are primary challengers who have better grips on reality.

Now they're slobbering all over each other and the right is deflecting on the "here and now."

getting to speak in defense of Wilson? Not quite sure of the rules of order. Also isn't it so funny we now have republicans calling for civility after all the bullshit over the last 8 years. LMAO! Can defending incivility by decrying incivility cause a rift in the space time continuum?

There is time for discussion on health care and other things. Time for us to teach by example that what we say to our children, there are things you do and don't do. Accepted forms of proper contrition are needed. Hope this body today demonstrates proper decorum. Silnce gives consent.
