It's about all we can do, is shine the light. They are ugly and disgusting but it's not illegal to be a racist as long as they aren't violent about it. The ones that do get violent, well, we round them up and send them to jail.

9. I have no idea, but I have felt sick all day after watching a couple of clips. I can't get one out

of my head.

Its footage of a 9-12 patriot (filmed by another 9-12 patriot) "shooing" three black "ACORN members" away from their protest.
The three "ACORN members" (it looked like two teenagers and their mother) were "shooed" by way of public humiliation, jeers and taunts.
One fine patriot yelled at them for at least five minutes straight, calling them "ugly" and "frauds," while he literally herded them off the turf that apparently belonged to a group of 70,000 patriots.

I lived in Saint Petersburg Russia in 2005 and will never forget watching an almost identical situation unfold as a small Tajik family was publicly humiliated on a crowded metro car.
They were called "ugly" and "Central Asian trash" a few times before being shoved out of the car onto the platform.
The patriots were celebrating the 60th anniversary of the end of WWII, you see.
The end of the Nazis.
What better way to honor the event than by taking care of "these people."
It was such a disgusting thing to witness, but no one was physically injured.
So, eh?

Fast forward two years and a video depicting the beheading of two Central Asian men (one a Tajik) by Russian nationals emerges.
FYI- the guys at Storm Front see the murderers as heros, (along with many Russians).

Sorry to go on a tangential rant.
The racist displays of 9-12 and the subsequent racist commentary by Limbaugh, Beck, etc. has left me with an eerily familiar feeling of disgust and dread in the pit of my stomach.

I saw a sign at the 9-12 DC march that said, "He had a dream, now we have a nightmare."
In our country, in our lifetime.
A sign like this is proudly displayed and no one in the 70,000 strong crowd calls them on it.
