Anyone listening to the freeptard convention on Thom Hartmann right now?

This is what is wrong with this country. Thom is interviewing people from half way reasonable but really dumb guys to Minutemen. Lou Dobbs has a booth there and of course the anti-immigration frenzy is openly racist. Mostly, though these people lack reasoning skills. Thom skillfully leads them through a debate until they are contradicting themselves. Somebody needs to hand out the purple heart band aids and tea bags to these people, then take group pictures so we can post them on the internet so that their neighbors know who they are and maybe in the course of time educate them.

3. Go two questions behind the slogans

And you find out that these people don't have the least clue what their position is. They're parroting slogans and positions, but they often don't have any facts to support them. Kind of makes you wonder why the media occupies so much of its time showing people who are hopping up and down mad about . . . something, but nobody's quite sure what that is. But we know that it has nothing to do with race, that's for sure!
