Judge to Birthers: Get out and Never Come Back!
But Oily doesn't get it.

http://tpmlivewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/09/judge-puts-birther-orly-on-notice.php

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land delivered a stinging rebuke to unofficial Birther leader Orly Taitz in a tour de force order throwing out yet another of Taitz's lawsuits today. And he warned Taitz that she could face sanctions if she submits any "similarly frivolous" (read: birther-motivated) filing.

(snip)

The judge lambastes Taitz's logic, writing: "Unlike in Alice in Wonderland, simply saying something is so does not make it so."

He describes the complaint's assertion that Obama has the burden to prove his "natural born" status as "a remarkable shifting of the traditional legal burden of proof." And he says even a middle schooler could see the irony here:

(end snip)

Amd Oily responds:

http://tpmlivewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/09/birther-orly-taitz-compares-self-to-mandela-judge-treason.php

In an interview with TPM just now, Birther evangelist Orly Taitz fired back at Clay Land, the U.S. district court judge who tore apart Birtherism and threatened Taitz with sanctions in an order today, saying that "somebody should consider trying for treason and aiding and abetting this massive fraud known as Barack Hussein Obama."

(snip)

And Taitz brushed off the possibility of sanctions. "I'm not afraid of sanctions. Because I know this is not frivolous. I know this is extremely important -- the most important issue in this country today."

2. That judge is a southern gentleman, he'd have said "Y'all come back now!"
Guess he had to break protocol in dealing with this bunch.

9. Well, it's more like "she obviously can't help herself" ...
which is an acknowledgment that certain mental faculties are absent in the individual in question.
