Why No Republican Support for Health Care? Individual Mandates....
Republicans know that's Death-On-A-Stick.

They would MUCH MUCH rather Democrats take the hit on that one.

And since nothing kicks in until 2013, they may very well hold out past an initial failed vote.

I say drop the Individual Mandates and keep the rest of HR3200. And when the insurance stocks drop like rocks, start the genuine negotiations.
