I am SO disheartened by our party. With the exceptions of Feingold, Franken, and a few others, I feel either they are a bunch of chickens afraid to put up a fight OR they have been bought.

The folding on Carter's 'right on' observation about the racial overtones was enough, but now to pretend to pass health care reform, when, in fact, you are just handing the industry more Corporate welfare ... well, I'm just fed up.

3. I feel like that too

I have to say I am wondering about what is going on. I saw Conrad from North Dakota say we have to come up with a bill the Republicans will accept, and I see Democrats here in Arizona that are afraid to speak out because the Republicans will get upset.

I fear what has happened is that since Nixon we have been having a take over of fascism and this fascism has gone so deep that it doesn't matter who is President be it Washington, FDR, or even Teddy Roosevelt that we can stop it. This Bacus proposal reeks of Fascism, and so much is passed over because the FASCIST will be upset.

I don't know if we can save our country anymore. I fear we are just treading water until the Fascist can regain everything and then to hell with the people.
