Teen Stabbed and Beaten “Mom said ‘We need to retaliate,"

(September 18, 2009) - Five teenagers are facing attempted first-degree murder and other adult charges for allegedly beating and stabbing an innocent teenager last Sept. 12.

Baltimore County Police arrested the Dunbar High School students Sept. 18, as well as Kimberly Cudanin, 34, who they believe drove her oldest son and his friends to attack Malaki Malloy, 14.

Police are currently looking for two other people who are not connected to Dunbar.

Malloy and three friends were standing on the 3900-block of Twin Circle Way when the assault took place. The violence also turned on Malloy’s friends, who were all treated at local hospitals.

Through investigation, police determined the crime was committed in revenge of a prior incident Malloy is alleged to have had nothing to do with. Police did not reveal any details regarding the incident that seemed to provoke Cudanin, her son and his friends.

“Mom said ‘We need to retaliate,’ so they went looking for the kid who did,” said Bill Toohey, Baltimore County Police spokesman. “For some reason they settled on poor Malloy who had nothing to do this. He was just an innocent kid standing at the wrong place at the wrong time.”

Police could not provide details on the condition of Malloy or his friends.

to come home with their sheilds or on them. The same who revel in being the mothers of dead soldiers. They are acting out their feelings of powerlessness thru their sons and male relatives.

5. We had an incident like this in my area.

It was a dispute between the woman's daughter and another girl, over a boyfriend. The girl who was beaten has supposedly "stolen" the other girl's boyfriend.

The mother took her daughter to a school playground after dark, where the other girl had agreed to meet her. The girl was beaten up by more than one teen, at the urging of the mother. The beaten girl ended up with a broken jaw and needed a great deal of dental repair.

The mother went to jail. But yes, what IS this world coming to?

When people take the law into their own hands and extract revenge, they are committing what Rachel called "vigilanty justice". It's highly ILLEGAL to take the law into one's own hands and extract revenge.

As always Rachel was and is spot on correct.
