Was in Borders tonight and there was a display of Obama themed books and magazines. |
|
When I went in they were all displayed correctly.
Sometime later I went by the display and they were all flipped over.
I flipped them back.
Screw you unknown bookstore jackass...

2. this will make you feel better |
|
I was at the grocery store passing the magazines and a little boy ran up to the display and said "mom look, Barack Obama". He was so excited. He looked about 4 yrs old.

Kids (even the 58 year old kind) really like Obama.

The public needs to see Obama's face all the time because we don't see it enough, the more the better.
More Obama-themed publications, more often. 24/7/365.

8. I often turn the worst wingnut books around or put something else in front. |
|
Frankly, I don't want to have that crap thrown in my face the moment I enter the store. I also find the very idea of right-wing books to be somewhat oxymoronic (even as the books are themselves simply moronic), given the right's well-known anti-intellectualism and disdain for reading and learning (and spelling and thinking and standing upright).
