Question for the teabaggers and FOX News
Why is it okay for Republican presidents to spend alot of tax payers' money (EXHIBIT A - 8 years of Bush) but not when Democrats spend the people's money?

Where were the teabaggers outrage from 2001 through January 2009?

2. I don't think you are going to get a lot of teabaggers answering on this board.
Which is fine, because we all know the answer : the teabaggers are full of shit. Here is how full of shit they are. Obama's spending is larger because A). these fuckers are not ajusting for inflation B). Obama counts the wars as his budget, not as emergancy unplanned supplementals. C). Obama's budget must pay more interest on the debt because Bush spent us that much further in the hole. This is actually significant. We are up to 36bil per month, quite a bit more than when Bush took office.

3. It all depends on what the money is being spent for
When it comes to war, that's OK by the baggers.

I will give them this, when Bush and Paulsen were starting the bank bailouts about a year ago, the right wing was pretty much against the idea. If you look at the Congressional votes on the bailouts, they got way more Democratic support than they did GOP support.

Continuing them without penalty was a case where something President Obama took a problem from the past administration, and made it his own. Afghanistan is another such example.

4. What about the....
prescription drug plan under Bush....that cost a hell of alot of money, Bush had no plans to pay for it, and the repubs gladly went along and voted for it and never once did any major player in the repub party ask how we are going to pay for it.

Fucking hypocrites!

6. Excellent point
although my lurking over at Freeperland showed that many of them were quite upset about it. Not that their politicians listened to them any more than ours listen to us!
