Am I seeing things or did it just snow in Denver?
Yesterday's high temp was 86 degrees.

1. The lovely benefits of being just so damned high
above sea level. I remember in grad school we had a below freezing wind chill in the first week of July, my wife has a picture of the Weather channel on TV.

Ha! I work out of Denver a few times a month and it truly has some of the most variable weather in the entire country.

9. Yep - lived in Colorado for 20+ years.
"If you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes".

Should be the state's motto . . . and the state tree should be the fruit tree festooned with christmas tree lights left burning to try and save the buds.

6. Happens here in SLC all the time.
Especially earlier this year.

In 2007, we were hot one day and then it snowed badly the next.

I remember it. It was the day of the Utes-USU football game. It was basically two years ago last weekend. I froze my ass off. It's never fun attending a home game in September when it snows.

There was snow on Santa Fe Baldy a week ago.
