OMG, this woman is delusional - a recent post from Oily Taintz's blog...
http://www.salon.com/politics/war_room/?last_story=/politics/war_room/2009/09/21/taitz_rhodes/

Despite Rhodes' letter and Land's threat to fine her, Taitz appears ready to press on. In posts on her blog, she's talking about filing additional motions in the case, and she writes:

This is very similar to what I have seen in the communist dictatorship in the Soviet Union .... What is next? They will throw me in FEMA GULAG? I hope each and every citizen of this country rises against this tyranny. I will be seeking all means of redress available to me by law. I will be seeking Rule 11 discovery to prove that Obama is indeed illegitimate, my case was not frivolous and not only I don’t owe $10,000 in sanctions, but the defendants owe costs and my reasonable attorneys fees. These fees just went up significantly.

If I were in charge of the birther movement, first thing I would do is publically announce that we are no longer associated with this dimwit, mail-order lawyer. Even her client has filled with the judge that she no longer is using Ms. Taintz as her lawyer.

2. Sadly (and I really mean sadly) I visualize Dr. Taitz
. . . being led away from a courtroom in a straight jacket.

3. I think she needs to be immediately disbarred.
If her previous client no longer wants her representation, how can she continue?

There is no case - therefore there is no Rule 11 discovery.

5. Explain to me again how the VICTIM of her frivolous suit owes her, the LOSER,
costs and attorney's fees? Particularly when the judge has specifically ruled otherwise?

6. Oh yeah, federal judges really like being contradicted
I see Ms. Taitz being the respondent in the following colloquy:

Court: I've seen some of your public comments, Ms. Taitz. Tell me, how did you get to the courthouse today?

Respondent: I drove, your honor.

Court: Ah, that's nice. How is your car going to get home tonight?

Respondent: Your honor?

Court: Because you'll be spending tonight in jail for contempt of court.

7. Now she's trying to prove Obama's illegitimate? . . .
Foreign born and unqualified to be President isn't enough for her anymore? Now she has to prove he's a bastard as well?

8. Where did she graduate from law school
As I said on "This Week In, This Week Out" this week (blatant plug) "I have to wonder, was she staring at Sally Struthers at 2:00 AM and asking herself 'gee, do I want to do a law degree or TV/VCR reapair?'"

15. Taft University, California.
It's not accredited, so she's only allowed to practice in California.

11. the section i actually found most interesting in that rant was this line
my case was not frivolous and not only I don’t owe $10,000 in sanctions, but the defendants owe costs and my reasonable attorneys fees. These fees just went up significantly.

the bolded part in particular, wouldn't it be rather unethical/illegal to suddenly increase your 'reasonable' 'attorney' fees significantly because you 'think' you will win and get them covered?

they think that whatever they say, no matter how long winded, ill informed, or down right crazy, is just one convincing argument away from the whole world understanding and believing their insane form of reality.

they are megalomaniacs.

13. She's such a Stalinist pig she thinks she can dictate what the law
requires and charge you more for it.
