I like the whole concept of mandating health care. After all its those poor people who cannot afford it that are causing all the problems for the rest of us. So lets just take it a step farther and mandate prosperity. Think of all the social ills it would take care of. No more welfare, food stamps, social security, ect. Everyone could afford health care. The economy would boom with all the consumers flush with spendable cash. We all could afford to hire lobbyists to help write laws we want passed and we all would have bribery money to back it up. For those who cannot afford prosperity a tax break to help make prosperity affordable would be inacted. And for those who still insist on being poor stiff fines would then be imposed. For those too poor to be able to afford the fines tax breaks would be inacted to help make the fines more affordable. Its easy.
