1. my husband isn't a fan of patterson, but he was disgusted by what steele said.
i told him you can't take anything steele says sseriously... he's an idiot and his only goal is to try to make obama look bad.

3. Frankly, I wish Obama had stayed out of the NY situation.
It seems to me this is the sort of thing the Head of the Party
and other party officials should handle.

Pushing everything to Obama to handle does him a disservice.

The GOP is well organized as an Opposition Party and therefore
are looking for everything they can find to go after Obama.
It is wiser, IMO, not to give them fodder.
