It's not on my calendar. The last observance was National Grandparents Day (September 13). The next one is Good Neighbor Day (September 27). I don't know why Rapture Day is not on the calendar... Maybe there's no Hallmark Card for it yet? :shrug:

Incidentally, today is Miniature Golf Day, but I don't recall seeing any Hallmark Cards for that one, either...

And could it be delivered overnight? And does Heaven even have days and nights? I mean, aren't days and nights unique to Earth only? So how could you have something delivered "overnight" if Heaven doesn't distinguish between "day and night?"

The anti-Christ was put into the White House, and a black one at that. If there is a Rapture-style God, the time for departure via Rapture has GOT TO BE NOW.

Or else everything the Rapturist believes in is likely a phat bunch of hooey.

I have a neighbor who is a devout Rapturist, and I don't know what has gotten her in a tizzy, but her dh says he has to keep telling her to freaking calm down and quit being so hysterical about the delay in the Rapture departure day that she has in her mind (no specific date, just LONG OVERDUE, so must be any minute now). They go to the same "church", urged us to read that Left Behind series, but he is no where near as pining for the day as she is. She did get cancer, has done alternative treatments and still is working her fingers to the bone helping the public. Her attitude even before this was toxic negative, gossipy, and she is extremely strung out about the general public who at the moment are even too psycho for her.

I think all this personal shit is why she is writing her demand letter for her Rapture time with Jesus at his dinner table. The mileage of others may vary.
