Does anyone know where the lawsuit against O'Keefe, Giles, and Fox stands?

I understood that ACORN was going to take them all to task, legally. Bertha Lewis said as much. I'd love to see them ALL hauled before SOME court to answer for their transgressions in the face of the law.

Bertha Lewis said she was going to take Fox and it's co-conspirators to court. Where does that stand?

no lawsuits have been filed anywhere. Lots of talk, but there's a whole lot of investigative work that must be done before anyone can even begin to think about filing suit.........................

2. They need to see this through. There was no preexisting knowledge of wrong doing by Acorn.

So there was nothing for a journalist to investigate. There is a difference between reporting the news and manufacturing it. The only thing that preexisted this scam was malice toward Acorn.
