5. Abstinence Only..A complete failure and funded with huge amounts...

of our tax dollars. It is a complete farce but even so the fundies and the pukes love it. Just like Palin's daughter as a spokesperson for Abstinence makes no sense.

On September 2nd Congress voted it out. Finally!
