I don't know who the guest was, but Nora O'Dnnel was interviewing him. He tried to explain that because of the equipment the 3 they arrested had, they wanted to alert several different possible venues to watch closely, but it's a generic alert and wasn't to be broadcast to the public. All her response was was "Well you know there's always a leak and we get hold of the info!"

I am as liberal as they come, but I'm also a realist! The reason we got hit on 911 is because Bush wasn't doing his job despite the fact that he was given advanced warning. Okay, so it has taken him a while to get around to some things, but the so called "push for a surge" is certainly nothing new. They were talking about shifting 30K troops from Iraq to Afghanistan in the Spring. It didn't HAPPEN, but some "leaked" document with yet ANOTHER military figure calling for more troops is just another "push for a surge" in a long stream.
