Weren't the Republicans pushing a "market based" solution to carbon output?
I could have sworn this was their great big ole idea just a few years ago.
I did a google search but couldn't find any articles on it

This WAS (I seem to remember) their great idea to handle global warming er um climate change no um they called it... well they didn't call it anything

Am I remembering this wrong?

yeah, that's Cap & Trade. Supposedly the GOP was for it last year.

3. Even G W Bush was talking it up.
I remember this was their answer to more stringent measures. Now that the M$M is entirely in their control, and they want President Obama to fail, they have changed strategy.
