The Baucus boondoggle is really just a protection racket. If you don't pay,
They will punish you.

A sophisticated thousand page, legalized protection racket.

1. I couldn't agree more.
I'd like an alternative to the SCAM known as "health insurance", but we seem to be moving in the opposite direction.

2. Why is this happening to us? We went along with these wars, tax cuts
for rich people, out of control "defense" spending, shitty rundown stinking schools, inadequate transportation & this is the reward for being a docile taxpayer.

7. No, I fought it every step of the way - be careful not to blame the victims of organized money.

8. Here is the bill - PAY OR GET PUNISHED. Yes, the final bill.

And no, it will not pass!

Single payer will, however. But it may take the rest of the presidency.

6. it's a giant ATM for insurance companies that will guarantee that their profits . . .
continue to grow indefinitely at the expense of everyone else . . . now that's how you reform healthcare! . . . build on a broken system to ensure that the real problems will never be addressed, and ensure that the corporations in charge can continue to skim a third or more of our healthcare dollar right off the top for things that have absulutely nothing to do with providing effective and efficient healthcare for all . . .

Max Baucus is in the pockets of the insurance companies, as are any number of other Senators and House Members . . . that fact pretty much assures that no real healthcare reform will ever pass . . .
