NBC/WSJ Poll.. . . Is Chuck Todd looking at the same numbers I am?
He's talking to Merideth saying that ALL Washington except Obama is taking a beating on Healthcare.. And I'm seeing numbers that show that Repubs are by far more on the hook if failure ensues.

2. Back away from the TV
or do yourself and change the channel.
The Today show is a sad joke.

4. Chuck doesn't have enough
fingers and toes to keep. He needs LARGE visual aids to help him. Maybe a viewing of the appropriate Sesame Street episodes on numbers or a Schoolhouse Rocks video would be helpful to him.

6. That poll made no sense whatsoever and should have been thrown out.
You can't have 3/4 of the country feeling strongly that there should be a public option and then have 48% opposed to it. These pollsters need 1 simple question and that's it. Are you in favor of a public option, yes or no?

9. Bingo ... He is the definition of sell out ...
I remember him from the days he did the C-Span updates for Roll Call, and frankly, I always had the strong feeling his personal viewpoints were pretty progressive.

I have followed his "rise" up NBC, and it has come with a VERY clear sell out to the corporate agenda - Ds are marginalize whenver possible and you have to be VERY careful and VERY limited in any information that might negatively portray the republican party.

He has sold out ... He has made good money and improved his career, can't fault him in that regard, it is the american way ...

10. Congress Poll Numbers Are In The Terlit...
He's actually right for once. Chuck The Toad Sprocket is citing a poll out the other day that shows Congressional and Senate approval numbers in the 20's. That's what he's refering to...and for damn good reason.

I'll bet you take a poll here on DU and House and Senate Dems would get the thumbs down. It also shows how little "traction" the GOOP has gained in this debate. Their 30% numbers are setting in cement now...and I see them headed for big troubles next year. Many rushpublicans are dancing on pins...catering to the wingnuts while trying to appear "responsible"...they are in a no win situation as the more they cater to that dead-end 30% the greater the chance they'll remain a minority party for a long time.
