Who now approaches two generations of an excellent career. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The best damn rock and roller this country will ever see. Have a good one, Bossman!! PS...don't retire anytime soon. The AARP can wait.

2. Had the chance to see him in Des Moines, Monday

Gave a PSA about the Iowa Food Bank and it's importance to the needy in these troubled times. Volunteers were set up at every aisle exit. The volunteer I saw had a plastic pretzel jug filled to the top with various paper currency. I imagine they came out with a pretty good haul. My husband and I like to take a "first-timer" everytime we see him. Bruce NEVER fails to blow them away. Then they're hooked. Happy 60th, Bruce!

5. The amazing thing....

just saw him in May in St. Paul- the same tour. You'd of never known it from Monday's show. Totally different. Not a packed house which made Bruce work even harder. Send a video to the up & coming bands. Here folks- this is how it's done.

Absolutely awesome. Apparently some people were complaining because he didn't play Born in the USA, but everyone anywhere near where I was seemed to be loving it, all two and a half hours of it.
