Taitz: That letter firing me? It might be a forgery |
|
So what happens if you take the Red Pill after you've taken the Red Pill... after you've taken the Red Pill... after you've taken the Red Pill? I think Orly, and only Orly, knows: Birther attorney Orly Taitz tells TPMmuckraker she believes a letter sent by her now ex-client renouncing Taitz -- in a case alleging that Barack Obama's birth certificate is a forgery -- may itself be a forgery. It's worth noting that Taitz submitted as evidence in the original filing in the "birther soldier" case of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes a "Kenyan birth certificate" that is itself an obvious forgery. ...
Not to go too far down the rabbit hole, but the Rhodes letter, which was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, checks out as far as it can be checked.
In her letter Rhodes said she was "faxing this as was advised by Tim, who works in the District Clerk's office." We called the district office in question, in Columbus, Georgia, and one Tim, who said he could not talk to the press, answered the phone. And as you can see here, the Office Max from which Rhodes faxed the letter is right down the road from that very court office. (We've also left a message for the clerk of the court.)
I don't know if this letter came from her, since she is in Iraq now and the Office -max store from where it came, states that they don't send faxes for customers. The signature on her notarized letter from Kansas and this letter looks different. Regardless, whether it is her or not, there is no ground for accusations. She authorized me to proceed with the legal action. Motion for reconsideration is a routine procedure and attorney is not required to get an additional consent from the client. Any attorney will confirm that. That is particularly true in exigent circumstances like these. It appears Connie was pressured by the military. It appear to be a concerted effort to quash all free speech, particularly any legal challenges to Obama's legitimacy, Attorney Hemenway in DC was threatened with sanctions of $10,000, I was threatened with sanctions. Connie Rhodes was threatened with high costs of litigation to be paid to the Department of Defense and Department of Justice. It is possible that this letter was written to avoid paying high litigation costs. The most important question is still on the table: why would the judge levy $10,000 in sanctions instead of instructing Obama to produce a real Hospital birth certificate with a name of the hospital name of the doctor and signatures , so we can locate this birthing file? Why go to such extend? The only answer is: that the administration is scared, they know they have nothing to show for except for the piece of JPG garbage that Obama posted on the Internet (no name of the hospital, no name of the doctor). Well, all good that ends good. This threat of sanctions gives me an opportunity to demand rule 11 discovery and get all of Obama' records through the back door
Orly Taitz DDS Esq We asked Taitz who, in her view, would have forged the Rhodes letter, and she wrote back she doesn't have "any more info." And ended by saying, ominously, that "I will have my hands full for the next couple of months" on various Birther actions around the country.

1. So first it was just "the birth certificate" |
|
then it morphed into "the long form birth certificate". Now it's the "real hospital birth certificate with a name of the hospital name of the doctor and signatures".
OMG this isn't a rabbit hole she's fallen into. It's a damn rabbit cave-in!

4. If she would've stuck to this... |
|
"She authorized me to proceed with the legal action. Motion for reconsideration is a routine procedure and attorney is not required to get an additional consent from the client. Any attorney will confirm that. That is particularly true in exigent circumstances like these"...she might've been okay. But you can't stop crazy. You can only hope to contain it.

She's filing this as a dentist? Appealing the judge's crossbite?
I'm kinda takin' a likin' to that Orly gal...she's providing some of the most amusement I've seen in a long time. Her crazy is not only matched but amplified by the "base" of the rushpublican party and have them on an endless wild goose chase. She's got 'em fleeced big time and the nuttier she gets, the more they stand behind her.
I'm starting to think this is all a major con...similar to the Bev Harris game. The nuttier she gets, the more these losers throw money at her...all she needs to do is throw some red meat and it's off to the races again. As long as this chain reaction occurs, she'll throw her frivolous suits.

6. I think her putting the DDS |
|
before the Esq is quite apropos.
At least, I hope she is a better dentist than she is a lawyer. Because, from one lawyer to another, Orly, you make Lionel Hutz look like Johnny Cochran.

11. "Connie was pressured by the military" - ya think? |
|
First, any lawyer with even a slight amount of skills in lawyering would not refer to their client in the first name. Most lawyers would show respect to their client but using the full name or use her rank since she is a Captain in the army (I think she's a Captain).
And since Capt. Rhodes has received a great deal of benefits from the military including 2 years of medical free of charge, you'd think that Capt. Rhodes would have the common sense to not 'piss into the well' that is taking care of her. I'm sure her superiors have mentioned that this kind of treason (and pretty much that is what she is committing by being a part of this lawsuit) could result in not only a dishonorable discharge but she would also be required to pay for the medical education she received for free AND lose all the benefits that come with being a captain in the army including benefits.
