Palin and China
It was just reported that Sarah Palin made a political appearance in Hong Kong and called for closer ties to China. At the same time she also criticized President Obama's health care plan. I realize that Palin has a right to call for closer ties to China and criticize a President Obama's plan; however, can you imagine what would have happened if a Democrat had gone to a foreign country, called for closer ties with China, and then criticized the sitting Republican President. Just the fact that the democrat had called for closer ties to China would have been bad enough by itself. The rest would have just made it all worse.

10. Need To Get into the Speech Making Business
I need to get into the speech making business. I know I can make a speech at least on par with Palin's speech. In addition, I do not need a speech writer. However, I do not know that the group that allowed Palin to speak would want to hear a speech from me. I think the United States should pay it debt to China and then move to get the Chinese government to properly value its currency and conduct fair trade with American companies.
