What the hell is going on. I just read that bit about Jan Schawkowsky. Then there's this crap with birthers, deathers, and ACORN espionage. What the hell is going on? There aren't enough of us to stand up and shout "Shame" to these people or to bring defamation suits against them or complaints to the media for publishing stuff without fact checking? People's lives are being destroyed and endangered not only by poor policy but by these thuggish naysayers. I have a couple of Rs in this state I'm going to let know that I will call them out in LTTEs and shame them for not condemning these tactics and supporting them by their silence.

we thwarted the efforts of the Nazis, under brain Rove and puppet Bush to run the country forever. Naturally, the other Nazis are a bit miffed and are acting like the spoiled ignorant children they are. If many of these folks had their way they would prevent abortions while killing, blacks, gays, Jews and latinos. It would make the holocaust look like a walk in the park. I believe they do not see any of the aforementioned groups as human and would not have any reservations about killing them. My uncle was raised in Nazi Germany and to this day he tries to make sense of how otherwise seemingly decent people turned a blind eye to the killings of innocent people. Luckily, his mother had money and he was smuggled to the US for boarding school. Just like these Germans who had on blinders I know many RW folk who are kind generous people with their families and other whites. One woman brought a large amount of food to the local food pantry where I volunteer. She looked me straight in the eye and asked me to promise her it wouldn't be given to Mexicans. This was after she went on and on about those poor hungry people. It is obvious she does not view Mexicans as people. I don't know about you but this shit scares me.

many people are too busy shuttling from one dead-end job, to the next, to be home for the national news..and even if they did make it home, the 30-minute broadcast is carved into so many segments, and contains so much fluff, there's little actual news on anyway.

probably most people go online to look at "pictures", or to tweet, or to see which movie star had her lips done this week.

tv watching is probably mostly series tv, movies or "reality" junk..

WE follow this stuff, but most do not..
