Senator Franken Chaired the Judiciary committee today and was quite funny

After Senator Sessions (GOP Judiciary Committee Ranking Member) teased Franken about the "mediocric rise you achieved here."

He was asked to rule on a motion and says the following:

"Well in that case, since I am the Chairman, I will make the decision...(pause)... Let me see... (laughter)... well, I will defer to Senator Boxer's judgment (and allow the motion).
