The rightwingosaurus is going extinct. How do I know?
As a species, or subset of a species gets too comfortable in a certain climate, or circumstance, it becomes insular. This is the death knell, if isolation is not total. Our need to progress to the next phase of human efficiency and conservation, has our less resilient neighbors crying status quo or death. they finally figured it out, and now us PROGRESSIVES want to monkey with perfection. The right is clawing at our garments, hanging on for dear life. they are yelling death panels, trying to get attention.

Our future calls for new techniques. these people have it down. They dont have to think anymore. They have routines that dont require any contemporary knowledge or modern philosophy. Recently, they have redefined all terms, so to not insult their myths. They have circled their wagons, and are now obviously hypervigilant, given their ammo compulsions.

For those burdened with these cretins, the slow demise seems too slow. What we dont see, is that most of the neo-luddites are on medicare, or so driven with their monopolistic sociopathic fantasies, that a stroke/ heart attack is imminent. By 2012, we will have a new generation of adults, that having seen the neo-luddite meltdown of society, will steer clear of ancient ways.

What we lack is long range planning. Slow progression. stalwart determination. Then again, that all seems to be superfluous. These fossils are heading down a dead evolutionary end.
