But this middle ground keep troops there but don't give them enough manpower or resources to succeed bullshit has to stop.

Having less than optimal troop strength means the troops are stretched too thin. They have too few resources to conduct effective counter insurgency operations and instead they just get attacked and die.

Obama needs to take a stand. Withdraw all of them quickly. That means ever single one. Or he needs to listen to his generals and put proper troops numbers in there.

The middle ground is just intentionally murdering soldiers for political purposes.
