2. The activity revealed by the cameras. |
|
Schwartz said that the requests for information were not subpoenas, but confirmed that they were part of investigations into possible criminal activity revealed by the videos. He added that ACORN is cooperating with those requests. http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/09/acorn_hidden_camera_scandal_being_probed_by_feds_b.php?ref=fpblgMaybe they are also investigating the legality of illegal recoding. I wouldn't hold my breath.

5. Illegal activities should be exposed. |
|
However, there seems to be real selectivity about who gets looked at. I hope they are looking at both sides.

8. If It Flushes Out O'Keefe I'm All For It... |
|
Firstly...even seeing those videos, what law was broken? Was there money that exchanged hands? Favors granted? Fraud perpetrated...not words but real deeds? So go ahead and investigate.
The upside is that this will force O'Keefe and his puppetmasters out from their hidey hole. Let's see the FULL videos, not the doctored portions. Also let's depose those who funded O'Keefe's operation and see whose really behind this attempt at voter suppression and intimidation.
The O'Keefe scam must be exposed...discredit those who pushed this crap, embarass those who jumped to concusions and put this black flag operation out of business.
