Tylenol recalls some children's and infants' formulas

(NBC) Tylenol has issued a voluntary recall of some children's and infants' formulas. The products were made between April and June of 2008.

A letter from Sam's Club, sent to more than 300,000 customers, says Sam's pulled the bottles due to "the possibility of the presence of a micro organism in a single raw material."

The makers of tylenol aren't saying how many bottles were pulled off the shelf, or if anyone got sick.

The Recall was announced September 18, 2009, in a letter to healthcare professionals.
