You Have To Be A Schmuck To Vote Against Negotiating Drug Prices
Edited on Thu Sep-24-09 12:32 PM by KittyWampus
I don't care if your state does have a lot of pharmaceuticals based there.

There has to be some good tv ads a political opponent could make attacking someone who votes for allowing drug companies to financially rape the American public.

Edit- I know my post isn't very profound. It's just voicing frustration.

1. I agree--and I am sick and tired of the crooks in Congress shoving their paid for asses
in the face of we the people when we need to get something done. Does the "something" alwasy have to be the stupidest, most ineffective and obviously bought and paid for thing?

jeeeezzzzzzze!!

3. Was this the bill that Sen. Roberts (R-Kansas) wanted an additional 72 hours before the vote...
...so industry lobbyists could study it to make sure it met with their approval?

11. If only that were true!
If there weren't so many bought-and-paid-for 'Democrats' we'd already have health care reform!

The 'blue dogs' and the DINOS deserve just as much criticism as the repugs!

5. I couldn't possibly agree more. I can't IMAGINE what kind of lame ass excuses
one would come up with for such reprehensible behavior.

6. If you refer mainly to Menendez
I wholeheartedly agree. His was the NO vote that made most mad among the three democratic NOs.

10. Negotiating drug prices is too much like "Castro's Cuba" for Cuban exile Menendez.
Edited on Thu Sep-24-09 01:14 PM by Mika
The farther away from anything sounding socialistic and Castro-like he can get, the better.

What better way to show that than voting for the type of corporate rape the Cuban revolution kicked out? RW Miami exile insurance company money will fill his coffers now.
