Birther Defects
Members of the anti-Obama ‘eligibility’ movement are breaking their ties with Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz

“The biggest issue we have today is that evidence is disappearing,” said the Laguna Niguel dentist, lawyer and real-estate agent who is attempting to sue President Barack Obama out of office. “We have a number of parties that had evidence, that had knowledge that might be detrimental to the defense, that were found dead. . . . We have the most important, the most crucial witness. We have to be able to work something that they can hear what he says, that you can hear what he says, that there is a record of it. . . . If, God forbid, something happens to this witness, at least we will have his testimony here.”

Carter didn’t oblige. After all, Taitz’s lawsuit against Obama hadn’t even reached the discovery stage, and the defense had been given no notice that she planned to call a witness that day. But Taitz ended up being right about one thing: Smith, who says he obtained Obama’s original birth certificate in Kenya, likely won’t get another chance to testify in Santa Ana. A week after the hearing, he says he has cut ties with Taitz because she asked him to lie under oath, making him the latest in a string of “birthers” to publicly criticize the woman who has become the face of the movement.

“I finally told her to forget it, we’ll part ways,” Smith told the Weekly on Sept. 16. “I definitely do not want anything to do with this dentist/wannabe movie star.”

1. They can't. She's birther herpes.
Unless she is disbarred or committed, she is going to be the Energizer Bunny of Birther lawsuits. She has principles dammit, and she will not stop. LOL

2. "We have a number of parties...
...that were found dead."

OK, so Orly's gone but on the nuttiness scale this still sounds like six of one, half dozen of the other to me.

12. No you didn't.
I misread the part of the article that you posted. I thought that it was someone else talking about dead witnesses but it was Orly herself speaking.

Why is this type of peoples not on medication of some sorts?.. We all know how this types was under Clinton, when it was more or less known knowledge that the president have had some things in his closet, like a history of been with woman who was not his wife.. And they used 600 mill US Dollar to try to trow him out of the White House without sucess..

Now they want to trow out another Democratic Elected President from the Democratic Party, because they accuse him, without evidence that he is not an american and therefore can't be elected to the high office of President of the United States of America..

But when the Republican President George Walker Bush jr raped everything golden and good in the US for his wishfully thinking about world domination where was this people then?.. Where was this woman when your amend to the constitution was raped, pillaged and burned to the ground?. Where was this woman when more and more evidence about the high crimes against the US, the people and the world was coming to light?:.

I for one believe that it is no reason to doubt that mr Obama indeed are the rightfully President of the United States of America. Or that he is born at US soil and therefore electable to the high office of President. I would say this is just wishfully thinking from people who deep down are scared to death about the fact that a black man is in the highest office in the land. Not as an servant for others, but as the occupant of the White House. This fact alone scare the hell out of them, and they want no more of it..

And as others have pointed out at DU.. The US are in a sort of civil war against itself. Not in the same sense as in the 1860s, but in the sense that the reality for millions of americans have changed drastically, and they are scared, really scared about the reality.. And after decades of listening to hate radio and TV like Fox News, they do believe that the "Bogey man" is after them.. Even if no evidence of the boggy man is there to bee seeing.. And put into the fact that many is ill educate about the world, and you have a toxic product who can blow up in the face anytime.. I hope not it will, but it doesn't look to good from this side of the atlantic to se what is brewing over there in the US...

And that is sad, because I like the US, have been there once, and it is one of my dreams to get there again, to know your country far better than I did last time. But before I will visit your amazing country again, you have to get your act together again, and prove that not everyone is as stupid and mad as they who is still believing mr Obama is Kenyan by birth..

I for one also wish the Old US back, the sane USA who could guide and get their friends and Allies to follow in their footstep.. Not this barbaric, arrogant and ill educated US we have today.. When men like Beck and Limbaugh is championed as heroes by the millions, then you KNOW something is REALLY bad..

9. The biggest issue we have today is that evidence is disappearing,”
"disappearing" would mean that there was actual evidence in the first place.

But since the birther morons never went for that truth thing anyway, I guess them stating that's vanishing is something. Especially, when there was no evidence to begin with.

11. That's two of Orly's "witnesses" who have clearly stated she engaged in subornation of perjury.
(I believe "subornation of perjury" is the correct phrase --)

Both Sinclair and Smith have unequivocally stated that Taitz asked them to lie under oath. I wonder if this will be looked at by the California Bar. (Although, on second thought, since Sinclair and Smith have little credibility themselves, (if any) trying to prove subornation through these two might prove futile.)
