11. Oh, I fully agree! Throw the assholes out. Why is Sanford still in office?
It isn't about his mistress - it is about dereliction of duty and abuse of public funds for personal use. I don't care if he fucked the Pope - that isn't the issue.

10. Accepting a Bribe and Embezzlement are felonies...
Upon indictment, the governor (or any political official) should step down and handle his legal defense. A Felony drunk driving indictment should also require the Governor to step down.

Of the rest, it is not my business who a governor hikes the Appalachian trail with as long as he is not using state funds to take that hike. These are all problems that voters can determine require a governors removal.
