More Glenn Beck Day hypocrisy
Our beloved mayor here in Mount Vernon is calling for more security and riot police in anticipation of tonight's Glenn Beck Day festivities. So does Glenn Beck call for added security for the town hall meeting disruptions that he's so fond of instigating?

3. I have an idea.
Make BECK pay for any security or riot police that are needed! Taxpayers should not have to pay for this idiot's protection. The citizens of Mount Vernon should be up in arms if they have to pay for Beck's protection! Not sure how the divide is in Mount Vernon as to politics, but if it's mostly democrats they need to complain big time and force the major to make Beck pay, or have the mayor pay for it himself if he is so worried.

4. Should hold the ceremony inside a jail cell, which should be sufficiently secure.
Then give him the key to the jail cell, instead of the key to the City. And tell him "We don't want to see your face in this town after sundown".
