My wrist watch must be broken
Edited on Sat Sep-26-09 05:38 PM by Stinky The Clown
It seems to have run backwards.

It is now in 2005. I know this because:

.... We're sabre rattling against Iran

.... We're at war in Iraq.

.... Gitmo isn't closing any time soon.

.... We're at war in Afghanistan.

.... The crazies are running rampant and the Dems are cowering.

.... The worst terrorist in the UNIVERSE has just been arrested by our crack Homeland Security Forces

Edit to add the final point.

1. I was so disappointed in Senator Kerry yesterday.
The last thing we need NOW is to ramp up the rhetoric with Iran. :(

2. In 2005 Justice Roberts was place on the Supreme Court. In 2009 it was Sotomayor.

7. You do realize this stopped an Israeli attack on Iran..
Edited on Sat Sep-26-09 05:42 PM by Peacetrain
This was shared knowledge between the U.S and Israel. Even Russia did not know about it. There is an anti Imam movement in Iran, toward a more democratic government, that we hope will blossom.

It is their movement, (Iran's) which could actually work.

But if Israel acts unilaterally.. whether out of a feeling of protecting their border or not.. it will put the kibosh on that movement in Iran toward a more democratic and hopefully peaceful government

13. Well Stinky.. we the Democrats, inherited Iraq, Afghanstan, Gitmo, and an
Iran seeking to be a nuclear power.

We are unwinding it all.

So no I do not see this as 2005, when the powers that be who started it all, were holding supreme.

I had hoped it would turn out. You forgot to mention the "latest" Bin Laden tape. My teeth are all on edge. I really wanted a different outcome. This seems too familiar.:wtf:

I almost expect Baby Bush to jump out and go, "Fooled ya. I never went away." Come on Democrats. We have to do better than this.
