WOODWARD: Shrub "had *A* gut. Obama doesn't have *A* gut."

This was on STEPANOPOULIS. There was WOODWARD, FRIEDMAN (not KRUGMAN as I originally posted), the reporter RADDITZ(sp).


WOODWARD was being obvious for a powerBALLS-licking power-WHORE, playing with calling OBAMA gutless, but sorta not really.


He was saying that things were easier, clearer?, better? for the Shrub flunkies and houseboys to develop and execute policy because Shrub "had A gut," so the flunkies could start with Shrub's GUT and then build around that, but that WOODWARD wasn't "SURE that OBAMA *has* A gut."


FRIEDMAN (not KRUGMAN, as I originally posted) countered that OBAMA does, indeed, have *A* gut, that he's hellbent on not repeating LBJ's having his Great Society lost to and in Vietnam, such that he's facing down Afghanistan.



The good part was where WOODWARD played his pomposity card and got shot down. He said condescendingly to RADDITZ that he had "spent MANY YEARS working on this," and RADDITZ shot back, "SO HAVE I!1" And the Wood scrambled to agree.
