Democrats are worried about losing the House in 2010.
At least, if they listen to the MSM, they are worried about losing their seats and their majority. In my opinion, if they begin to play offense, they will keep their seats and their majority. The only way they lose is if they become shrinking violets when attacked by the Republicans.

The people were looking for another option when they threw out the Republicans just last year. If the Democrats pass healthcare and listen to the base of the Party and the majority of the American people, they will maintain their healthy majority in the House. If they fold on healthcare and continue to follow the policies of George W Bush, they will lose and they will deserve to lose.

1. If they grew some balls and passed Universal Single Payer they could sweep 2010 and probably 2012

6. Amen

All they have to do is represent the people, and they will be in power for the next 100 years....

3. Success is the best defense and offense
If the Democrats work toward success, then the Republicans won't have a leg to stand on in the election.

7. Yeah well, they know what they have to do
If they don't want to lose their jobs they better get johnny quick on representing their base as opposed to their coporate masters.

10. I hate to say it, but if they pass mandated purchase of
health care from from for profit companies, they should be worried. Universal single payer would practically guarantee them for years to come.
